Carol M. Jabaley
Director of Operations and Client Services
Carol serves as the Firm’s Director of Operations and Client Services. Known for her professionalism and southern hospitality, Carol oversees the onboarding and organization of new clients, and she helps individuals and families create and maintain their estate planning file with the Firm. Carol also manages the Firm’s day to day operation, while serving as a Primary Point of Contact for all Firm Clients.
Carol joined the Firm in 2015. She is a proud graduate of Georgia State University and an avid supporter of Georgia Tech Athletics. Carol is originally from LaGrange, Georgia where much of her family still resides. She is now a long-time resident of Midtown Atlanta.
Mark D. Oaks, Esq.
Associate Director of Trusts, Legal Planning and Risk Management
Mark brings his diverse background in tax and corporate counsel to the Firm’s tax and legal planning group. He also works with the Firm’s corporate clients and family owned businesses to minimize their risk through the use of foresight and written agreements. Mark has worked with companies across the Southeast of various size, including start-up companies and private equity funds. He also advises on the use of trusts and other succession planning tools to protect and transfer family assets.
Mark joined the Firm in 2016. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and South Carolina. Mark is originally from Arizona but he is an avid supporter of the Chicago Cubs where much of family is from. He and his wife Heather live with their two children, Luke and Stella, in the Woodstock Area of Metro Atlanta.
Benjamin C. Stidham, Esq.
Managing Director of Tax, Corporate Structures and Property Law
Ben oversees the Firm’s day to day legal transactions. With an LL.M. Masters of Taxation Degree, Ben advises the Firm’s clients on how to title property and understand the taxation of legal transactions involving real estate, corporate assets and corporate ownership interests. He also helps business owners become compliant, and remain compliant, on a wide range of issues related to tax reporting, licensing and state and federal registrations. In doing so, Ben has achieved a number of positive resolutions for the Firm’s clients with the Internal Revenue Service, as well as State Agencies and Local Municipalities across the Southeastern United States.
Ben joined the Firm directly from Law School in 2014. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and Florida. Ben is a native of Atlanta and is an avid supporter of the South Carolina Gamecocks. He now lives in the John’s Creek Area of Metro Atlanta.
Patrick R. Norris, Esq.
Managing Director of Planning and Dispute Resolution
Patrick oversees the Firm’s corporate and family planning. He combines his own experience as a business owner with his tax planning background to advise individuals, families and business owners from all walks of life and wealth. By combining his strong belief in communication with his small town values, Patrick has also delivered results for his clients in resolving a wide range of conflicts related to family disputes, business disputes, estate disputes or some combination of the same.
Patrick is originally from Sandersville, Georgia, the “Kaolin Capital” of the World. He entered practice in 2009, practicing with two boutique tax law firms in Atlanta before starting his own law firm in 2011. He is licensed to practice in Georgia and now lives in the Buckhead Area of Atlanta.
